Log Files

Locate the log files.
    Open the basic settings of the openthinclient Management Server Select the Log Files option
    The overview contains:
    Server Log, messages, and error messages from the openthinclient Management Server; Audit Log, configuration changes to the openthinclient Management Server
    ; Client Logs, messages, and error messages from the ThinClient

    TranslationThese pending.files are also available in the file system.

    Rotation Strategy and Log Retention

    To keep log files manageable, the openthinclient Management Server uses log rotation. This means that old logs are archived and new log files are created. The system automatically removes log files older than 20 d.

    Current log files end with .log and archived ones end with .log.zip

    Example, using a thin client

    00-e0-67-27-a9-91.log > current log

    00-e0-67-27-a9-91.1.log.zip > archived log

    00-e0-67-27-a9-91.2.log.zip > Archived log
