To disconnect or reconnect the OpenVPN connection,

Possible causes may include:

    Ensure the thin client has an internet connection: Check the network cable and ensure the thin client isn't behind a firewall. Ensure the login credentials are correct. The OpenVPN server is offline: Check the availability of the OpenVPN server. The configuration file is corrupted: Check the configuration file. Above all, ensure that all keys are stored as inline options.

    It may be helpful to run the OpenVPN application in debug mode to obtain further clues about the cause of the error. To do this, right-click on the application, select Scripts → Launch in a Terminal [debug]. A successful connection is indicated by the message "Initialization Sequence Completed."
