Updates and Improvements

This release primarily updates libraries to version 2021.2 and introduces a few new features.

Management Server

Library updates (including an update of log4j to 2.15.0) Linux: Remove the limit on open files to support more thin clients simultaneously. Fixes minor bugs in the UI and migration.
