Open Windows Defender Firewall
Create a new Inbound Rule for a program Apply this rule to a specific program — Enter the path to the openthinclient Manager application, e.g.: C:\Program Files\openthinclient\bin\openthinclient-manager.exe
Select the action to perform > Allow connection Define when the rule should be applied:

Domain Private Public Enter a name and, if necessary, a description Create a new Outbound Rule for a program and repeat steps 3 - 6.
