Horizon Client - schwarze Bildschirmausgabe
Einleitung
Wenn ein Anwender bei der Verwendung des Horizon-Clients einen leeren oder schwarzen Bildschirmausgabe sieht, kann das Problem durch eine Reihe verschiedener Faktoren verursacht werden.
Diese Anleitung zur Fehlerbehebung gilt für Horizon 8.
Ursachen für eine leere/schwarze Bildschirmausgabe
Es gibt verschiedene Ursachen für einen leere oder schwarze Bildschirmausgabe, wenn eine Verbindung zu Horizon View hergestellt und eine VDI-Sitzung aufgebaut wird.
Benötigte Netzwerk-Ports
Damit der VMware Horizon-Agent ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, müssen die Ports über Ihre Firewall zugänglich sein, unabhängig davon, ob es sich um die Firewall des VM-guest, des Client-Computers oder der Netzwerk-Firewall handelt.
Die folgenden Ports sind für den VMware Horizon Agent erforderlich, wenn er sich direkt mit einem View Connection Server verbindet.

Die folgenden Ports sind für den VMware Horizon Agent erforderlich, wenn eine Verbindung über ein VMware Unified Access Gateway (UAG) hergestellt wird.
