Installer

Use the installer to deploy the openthinclient Management Server as a service on a Windows or Linux system.

Ensure the system requirements are met for installation and operation.

1. Download the installer for the operating system version.
2. Run the installer as an administrator or root.
3. Follow the installation wizard.
   Specify the program folder and the manager home folder
4. Open the web interface of the openthinclient Management Server in a browserhttp://<SERVER_NAME_OR_IP>:8080 to start the initial setup of the Manager Home.
   The following settings are configured:
   • Network proxy or direct connection to the Internet
   • Name of the LDAP directory
   • Administrator login
