This release primarily updates libraries to version 2021.2 and introduces a few new features.

Fix: Installation in client package management now completes without freezing.
Faster client boot (ProxyDHCP and PXE configuration data), allowing many clients to boot simultaneously.
Fix: Client logs in syslog now use colons. : in the filename.
